  1. So I hope these are just rumors and if not that this doens't go into effect until 2011-2012 School year- by that time I'll be graduated from CSU.

*I would also like to comment on another point you brought up in your minutes of the last meeting: as a graduate student I'm interested in academics, not athletics anymore. I don't want to pay money for a new college football team! Let these kids go elsewhere for college, in the minutes you wrote that we are above our quota for admissions, we are doing just fine without a football team. Let's focus on academics.

  2. Thanks for your comments, ladybug! Unfortunately, the tuition increases are not just rumors. At the joint meeting of the Academic Affairs and Financial Affairs Committees this morning, the proposals for increases effective Fall 2010 were recommended to the full Board of Trustees for approval. As a graduate student, pending board approval, your per credit hour increase will be $21.00. If you are able to take any classes over the summer, those rates will NOT be at the higher rate.
Also, you will be able to officially express your feelings regarding the potential football team in a referendum as part of the upcoming SGA elections.
